The area is very nice and convenient. The apartments are descent they could change somethings inside the apartments instead of just patching the doors or walls. Its always fairly quiet except for one or two neighbors that are rowdy at times. I didn't know you could get accent walls like Margie did as seen on the first postings. I did ask and was told they do not do that. Overall is a descent community.

Because apartment living is very expensive, Coventry Square is very affordable if you're on a budget but still want a quality apartment.
As above but the rent penalties are ridiculous as well as if you wish to pay your rent via credit card. The 'convenience fee' is scandalous.
Affordable place to live that is within my budget...very friendly staff. Maintenance is on sight and courteous.

Nice apartment; The management staff is great and very friendly...I wish that walls were a tad thicker, the baby downstairs from me is always crying! LOL. It doesn't too much bother me though...the maintenance staff is very prompt on requests and they get the job done fast! The apartments are located in Copperfield and they are surrounded by everything you need in a community: schools, restaurants, auto repair/detailing, grocery stores and the Studio Movie Grill...etc.
Angie and Sarah are great in the office, very nice and polite. When there is a problem, they are quick to get it resolved. Maintenance crew are quick to get stuff done. I have met quite a few nice people who live in our apartment complex. The rent is very reasonable and the free moving truck was great to have too! (saved us quite a bit of money). My husband and I are very pleased with our place. Thank You Angie and Sarah so much!
For the price, atmosphere, and general location; I recommend Coventry Square Apartments to anyone who is looking for a safe, family friendly environment, with friendly staff. This is the place to be. Love it.
Great location for the price.
Its a pretty nice area to live..there is a bunch of kids of all ages around. There is a lot to do around our area! The grocery store is within walking distance! Sara in the office is fab! she is always smiling and friendly:) we got discount for moving in by a certain date plus when you refer a friend and they move in, you get 400 dollars taken off of your rent, that is pretty awesome! maintenance is pretty quick at the job. They just put it in new washer and dryers.
Its a lot of fun. The people are really friendly and its a safe community. Everything around is easy to access and managment is always there when you need them.
